SB 32-PRESCRIPTIONS FOR BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS 1:46:16 PM CHAIR COSTELLO reconvened the meeting and announced the consideration of SB 32. She said it is the second hearing of the bill. She listed those available to answer questions. 1:47:07 PM CHAIR HUGHES expressed appreciation to the committee for hearing the bill. She pointed out a letter of support from the Alaska State Medical Association. 1:47:23 PM SENATOR HUGHES moved to report SB 32, labeled 30-LS0188\J, from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal notes. CHAIR COSTELLO announced that without objection, SB 32 is reported from the Senate Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
